This position has been created to work with the Clinical Talent Team to fulfill hiring priorities and reports to our Manager of Talent. This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with experienced clinical professionals in order to staff and help grow our thriving business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and determine the best fit across Psychiatry and/or our B2B Talk Therapy
- Follow up and close on offers then assist with onboarding
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS software for tracking candidates in real-time
- Identify high-priority openings and work to source candidates accordingly by utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates
- Screen candidates resume and verify qualifications
- Aptitude to work independently in order to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work full-time (8:00 am-5:00 pm) with schedule flexibility
- Professional and articulate communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Positive attitude and teachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working within a fast-paced professional recruiting role.
- Understanding a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience
- 2 - 3 years of Experience with Recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Experience with G Suite software
- Ability to pass a background check
- 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience required, healthcare recruiting experience prefer
