Impact you will make

Responsible for providing support and analysis for FinThrive Medicare cost report services and software customers. This position requires a higher level of experience and industry knowledge while receiving minimal supervision.

What you will do

• Maintain strong knowledge of all products and ever-changing Medicare reimbursement regulations.
• Consult with the Management team to provide guidance for product improvement that improve results and operational efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Ensure that assigned projects are on track to meet client expectations and delivery deadlines.
• Respond directly to client issues as needed.
• Think outside of the standard operational process steps and independently exercise judgment to identify exception conditions and potential lost reimbursement opportunities for clients.
• Ensure that assignments meet the highest standards for quality and accuracy.
• Complete our most complex projects--those with non-standard requirements, a higher level of complexity, clients who meticulously scrutinize results, and those with tighter deadlines.

What you will bring

• Business Related Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-4 years of experience in Healthcare or Healthcare Consulting.
• Intermediate to advanced skills required in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be well organized, meticulous and have great customer service proficiencies, as well as communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be able to follow established priorities and work with minimal oversight.
• Must be process driven, yet adaptable to change when necessary.
