Reporting to the Director of Mass and Club Sales, our Customer Business Manager will work closely with the internal cross-functional team and externally with our retailers and distributors to execute our programs with Mass and Club retail customers (Walmart and Walmart.com). This is a great role for a sales-focused individual seeking to build their skillset within the fast-moving consumer goods space. This opportunity is being offered as a contract to perm role.


What You’ll Accomplish


  • Develop strong working relationships with internal cross-functional team members
  • Manage internal customers and work closely with the Director on our annual planning process across multiple mass and club customers
  • Execute retail fundamentals across the assigned accounts
  • Execute the Wellness go to market strategy and supplement it as needed with account-specific programming
  • Manage spend in line with budgets to efficiently drive sales through the distribution network.
  • Demonstrate tactical and project management skills including forecasting and accruals
  • Assist our Customer Business Managers with new item setup, promotional contracts, and deductions management.
  • Analyze available data to identify opportunities, plan goals, and measure results
  • Support and manage relationships with assigned accounts; understand their goals, challenges, and value as a business partner.

For this role, you should also bring:


  • A primary residence in the greater Bentonville region of AR.
  • Five+ years of experience selling and/or in a similar role in consumer products
  • A track record of stellar time management, prioritization, and execution in prior business settings
  • The ability to pull data using Retail Link, analyze it, and develop the story of what the data shows.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in from a four-year college or university
