Minimum of 8+ years management experience required with natural gas marketing and pipeline industry experience as a preference.

Manages, performs, and reviews economic valuations of various Business Development opportunities including new infrastructure, transportation, and supply/demand projects.

Develop an extensive working knowledge of Company operating areas and assets.

Marketing transportation and storage capacity on interstate pipeline projects in the Haynesville basin.

Negotiate and execute related sales, purchase, transportation, and service agreements consistent with commercial strategies and corporate policies.

Develop/Execute optimization and transaction strategies to increase buy/sell business across transportation portfolio and assets.

• Interacts through program and/or project updates and reviews with all levels of management

• Drives use of Project Management Methodology throughout projects

• Expertise in all aspects of project management

• Provides clear direction on project requirements to meet expectations of project deliverables

• Execution to completion of document updates following Quality System requirements

• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing

· Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in non-technology project management.

· Ensures adherence to PCAOB program and project management practices, governance standards, and processes and metrics.

· Ensures the integrity and completeness of all data captured through reporting and project management tools.

· Collaborates closely with all project stakeholders and service providers to guide project management efforts.

· Proven record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.

· Manages business projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
