The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of projects from site identification to acquisition, focusing on Solar, Wind, and Natural Gas. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the renewable energy market. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications:
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms in land agreements.
• Proven experience in site identification and acquisition, ideally in the solar, wind, or natural gas sectors.
• Negotiate and secure land agreements, ensuring the optimal location and terms for project success.
• Lead the development of renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar, wind, and natural gas, from initial site identification through to acquisition.
