Business Analyst (Usa-Gives, Llc)

As a Business Analyst at USA-GIVES, LLC, your role will involve analyzing and evaluating business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and clients, to gather requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure successful project implementation. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, performing data analysis, documenting business requirements, and assisting in the development of project plans.

Responsibilities:

8. Facilitate communication and foster collaboration among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
6. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
7. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
9. Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
