Independent Sales Agents: USA
KLAUS Multiparking America, Inc. is looking for highly motivated & self-driven Independent Sales Agents to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.
We are looking for Independent Sales Agents in the following States:
- North Dakota
- Louisiana
- Missouri
- Indiana
- Nebraska
- Iowa
- Kansas
- Michigan
- Wisconsin
- South Dakota
- Texas
- Minnesota
Agents will be assigned designated territories. Individuals will be responsible for using their knowledge of company products and services to connect with B2B customers and generate sales. Duties include developing sales pitches to sell products and services, making cold calls to sales leads, taking calls from prospective customers, written communication with prospects and clients, in-person meetings and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients, and maintaining documentation of their sales and client contracts.
Prospective customer base includes automobile industry, automobile dealerships, real estate development, and construction focused companies including: Developers, Architects, Engineers, Parking Management Companies, Parking Design Consultants, Other Related Consultants, and General Contractors.
Main Responsibilities revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade others to purchase products. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:
·Be knowledgeable about the product
·Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
·Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
·Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
·Answer questions about the products
·Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
·CRM: Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

·Technical Experience: Familiarity with similar parking systems or elevator equipment or material handling equipment
