Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive quality measure contract documentation for the employer
• Research and implement performance initiatives to improve patient health outcomes
• Compile and analyze data, creating data visualizations to support goals
• Develop and update performance guides and measure specification information

Requirements

• Ability to adapt to changing roles and directions within a fast-moving workplace
• Strong relationship-building and performance management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
