Job Description
Job Title: Regional Director
Location: St. Louis, MI
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to the property management team.
  • Regional Office Space Planning & Team Building: Plan and set up the new regional office according to corporate expansion strategy. Recruit team members and assign working schedules to achieve annual KPI.
  • Third-party service provider Management: Maintain excellent vendor and contractor relations including work scheduling, billings, vendor relations, and certificate of insurance.
  • Real Estate Leasing & Property Management: Oversee the negotiation and preparation of leases, contracts and other real estate documents, as well as lease administration and property management, and is responsible for the planning, development, direction and ongoing evaluation of real estate business operations, business cases and lease strategies.
  • Performance Improvement: Aimed at improving the Real Estate's portfolio performance towards its stewardship and service mission goals by assessing and implementing key operational and process improvement activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial property management including knowledge of property administrative, capital development and maintenance.
  • 7+ years of senior management experience in team leading. (More than 15 team members).
  • 7+ years of experience working within the construction/facility maintenance industry.
Knowledge & Abilities
  • Utilizes sound business acumen to direct available resources and budgets in a manner that is financially responsible and consistent with the overall values and goals of the company.
  • Applies expert written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to all stakeholders and levels of the organization.
  • Experienced user of Yardi
  • Proven property management expertise including the ability to direct in areas such as the establishment of legal contracts, conflict resolution, property inspections, and emergency response.
  • Ability to lead, guide and direct stakeholders, including staff and third-party service providers, in a manner that fosters a positive and supportive workplace environment built on trust and mutual respect.
