Position Overview

As a member of Walmart End-to-End, Intelligent Business Growth Team , you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing the data asset and reporting solution to enable business decisions .

The ideal candidate should possess passion to drive business success, excellent data analysis and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer Success Enablement : S erve a wide range of internal data users and decision-makers. Respond to complex and time-sensitive inquiries, diagnose potential data issue with tech partners, and drive user-education . Analyze and document business requirements and use cases, and effectively communicate to our tech and product partners.
• Data Analysis : C onduct data discovery and validation between different data sources and systems. Recommend the best data option for the business use case after thorough research . Develop reports and dashboards to address stakeholders' key concerns . E nabl e data-driven decision-making.

3 . Business Analysis & Process Improvement : Quickly develop business domain knowledge. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements. Work closely with the k ey sponsor s to continuously simplify and enhance the current process and business rules. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.

4 . Change Management : Identify potential risks related to process and system changes. Develop change management plans to ensure smooth transitions. Continuously working with data stewardship partner to develop and reinforce the business process that ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business , Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area
• Collaboration and Communication: Comfortable collaborating with diverse and multidisciplinary stakeholders, handling their complex and time-sensitive inquiries . Excellent data story-telling skill. Great verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Capable of building relationships and facilitating effective teamwork.
• Time Management : Strong time management skills, can effectively prioritize work time. Capable of identifying risk in delivering, and escalating and communicating on time.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex concepts into practical solutions. Proficient with data querying, manipulation, and analysis.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

• You have created or automated data quality monitoring processes
• You have p roject management, product management, or s crum certificates or background.
• You are advanced in PowerBi or Tableau
• You are a curious, focused, organized, and abstract thinker.
• You have some experience in Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, or VBA is a plus.
• You have an understanding of data concepts, including data design and modelling, and Big data.
