Business Analyst (Dreamland, Usa)

Dreamland, a leading company in the United States, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst at Dreamland, you will play a vital role in analyzing and improving various aspects of the company's operations, processes, and strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders, including management, project teams, and clients, to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
3. Gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
4. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and provide recommendations.
5. Develop and present reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and propose solutions.
6. Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit feedback, address concerns, and gain consensus on proposed changes.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to design and implement effective solutions.
8. Assist in the testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented changes to ensure they meet requirements.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of implemented changes.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (X+ years) working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
4. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
6. Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis techniques.
7. Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
8. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
9. Knowledge of Agile or other iterative development methodologies is preferred.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
