Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Insurance Agent- No Experience Necessary!to join our team!You will be responsible forexpanding the company's book of businessby selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Develop and calculatesuitable plansbased on clients' needs
  • Track and identifyareas of improvement
  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related HR fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
