Your Role:


As an early member of Honest Medical Group, the incoming Business Development Coordinator will play a critical role in scaling our integrated care model in the Medicare Advantage space. This individual contributor will support the ambitious growth goals of the organization by managing data integrity and internal reporting, which is vital to aligning the company on business development efforts. They will be an early career professional, motivated by gaining experience in value-based healthcare, business development analytics, SalesForce reporting, and market research.


Primary Functions of the Coordinator, Business Development Include:


  • Build and manage SalesForce reports and dashboards that are used to communicate business development activities to leadership across the organization.
  • Manage special projects for senior leadership related to business development reporting.
  • Serve as project manager for large business development projects as needed to enhance communication and organization for easier collaboration between all departments involved in such projects.
  • Aid in completing the build-out of Honest’s SalesForce database by utilizing available resources to identify potential partners throughout the country.
  • Work with the Director, Business Development to establish sales analytics to better educate the business development team on opportunities for improvement in each stage of the business development process.


How You Qualify:


  • Lives in, or willing to travel to Nashville as needed
  • Interest in learning about and working in value-based care and alternative healthcare payment models
  • A passion for data analytics, data integrity, and market research
  • At least 1 year of experience working in sales or data analytics
  • Sharp, thoughtful, and strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as SalesForce or Hubspot is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Hard working, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfortable stepping into new and evolving roles with increasing responsibilities
