Business Data Analyst (Nny Development Group)

NNY Development Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decision-making and optimize business processes. Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party tools, to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
2. Reporting and Visualization: Develop comprehensive and user-friendly reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
3. Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to identify business challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to address them.
4. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies, and provide regular updates on the company's performance to management.
5. Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, performing data validation and data cleansing activities as necessary.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth.
7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and automation, streamlining workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
8. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making processes based on data-driven insights.
9. Database Management: Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of databases, data warehouses, and other data-related infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering actionable insights and reports.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
5. Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and dynamics, with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.
