We are a boutique, executive search firm seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development and Recruiting Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in both creating new business opportunities and recruiting qualified candidates for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and recruiting, looking to gain valuable experience while growing professionally.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Conduct outbound calls and engage prospects by asking insightful fact-finding questions.
• Source and research prospective targets and connect with prospects through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and mass communication.
• Manage data within CRM tool.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation goals and metrics.

Recruiting:

• Attract, source, screen, and place top talent.
• Consult with multiple professionals and initiate connections with talent.
• Provide consistent communication with candidates by giving feedback, counseling, and coaching when necessary.
• Build relationships with candidates across all fields to further develop our firm’s network.
• Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract the best talent.
• Use stringent selection and screening criteria when interviewing candidates.
• Understand the career goals and aspirations of professionals and assist them in achieving those goals by matching them with our clients.
• Use stringent selection and screening criteria when interviewing candidates.
• Provide consistent communication with candidates by giving feedback, counseling, and coaching when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed and grow professionally and personally
• Experience in business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• A positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor
• Enthusiastic approach to all communication with prospects, clients, and candidates
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales and recruiting environment
• Full life cycle recruiting
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter

Salary and Benefits:
