You’re a motivated and ambitious team player at the beginning of your career in the event industry. You may have some experience, or none at all. What you do have is confidence, a never-say-die attitude and a passion for events and live experiences. You’re also flexible, organized, customer-focused and have an eye for detail. You’re no shrinking violet: you are not shy about asserting yourself and communicating new ideas.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Support in the production of an event during preparation and when on-site, digital or face to face
  • Help manage the finances and monitor cost of our events (budgeting, invoicing, cross-charging, accounting, and reconciliation in conjunction with the client)
  • Support (and learn from) project managers when setting, communicating, maintaining timelines and priorities on all projects
  • Keep our and client's databases updated at all times
  • Assist in events logistic management (venue and supplier selection, negotiation and contracting, registration management, accommodation management and travel arrangements)
  • Digital support on event platforms for virtual events


Must haves


(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)


  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent English or mother-tongue
  • Motivated and ready to go beyond the job description to make things happen
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams and other technological registration tools
  • A valid work permit as we do not sponsor visas
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Available for minimum 12 months (up to 18 months)


Nice to haves


  • Experience working in an event agency
  • French or any additional language
