  • Leverage your intimate knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory to create engaging content for adult learners (ARCS, Robert Gagne, ADDIE and SAM models of ISD, Kirkpatrick 4 levels of Evaluation, etc.)
  • Use today’s authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond etc., to develop interactive videos, scenarios, learning games, quizzes, and systems simulations.
  • Design for the modern learner by using content simplification and visual design techniques to ensure training content is consumable for working memory.
  • Work collaboratively throughout the design and development process with Learning Specialists, key stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME), sales coaches, and members of the audience to design and develop learner-centric training solutions.
  • Execute other assigned tasks or projects to successful completion in a timely manner.
  • Incorporate mixed media, such as graphics, audio, video and animation into eLearning and instructor-led training solutions.
  • Effectively integrate and drive company branding, values, frameworks, and solutions into learning content, messaging and layout design.
  • Leverage current & emerging learning trends and best practices to design modern & engaging training solutions for a generation-diverse audience.
  • Design modern and engaging instructor-led training experiences (usually for a sales audience) including presentations, handouts, facilitator guides, and train-the-trainers sessions with SMEs or sales coaches.
  • Leverage script writing/editing, storytelling, and storyboarding/mock-up/prototyping skills to convert SME content into learner-consumable content.
  • Create sales enablement content such as courses, assessments, job-aids, facilitator guides, workbooks, battlecards, and Intranet resource pages focused on Insight solutions, partner solutions, and systems training.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Must have the ability to effectively self-manage, prioritize and execute 4+ instructional design projects of varying scope, duration, and complexity simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment and meet time-sensitive project milestones, commitments, goals and metrics.
  • Flexibility to work with remote teams in different US time zones.
