Manages medium size projects pertaining to the development and implementation of our client's Enterprise, General Business and/or Field Office product or general business programs. This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams. The candidate is responsible for supporting 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure that our client's project business requirements are met.

This role supports the Americas region Event Experiences team as the Project Manager for all 1st Party Events in English for the US, Canada and English Speaking Caribbean markets and will be responsible for:

• On site run of show staff prep
• Execution Processes in Event Systems
• Digital Event Production Studio scheduling and speaker prep
• Coordination with workshop and hack field request processes
• Workback schedule discipline and standard workflow comms for all EN-US events

Requirements:

• Previous project management experience
• 3-5 years of event management and/or marketing experience
• Proficient in Excel

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45.22 to $50.24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
