  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and trainers, to develop and implement learning solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
  • Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, microlearning resources, assessments, and job aids.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment of instructional content with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Professional Development and Innovation:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for learning and development initiatives.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment of learning strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in professional development activities, conferences, and communities of practice to expand skills and contribute to the advancement of the field.
  • Explore innovative approaches to learning, including gamification, immersive technologies, and social learning, and propose their integration into training programs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting learning strategies, progress updates, and evaluation findings to gain support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach junior instructional designers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze learner feedback, performance data, and evaluation results to continuously improve learning programs and enhance learner outcomes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of curriculum and make updates based on changes in automotive manufacturing processes, EV technologies, and industry regulations.
  • Learning Strategy Development:
  • Curriculum Design and Development:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, task analyses, and learner profiling to inform curriculum design decisions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, performance goals, and workforce development needs in the automotive manufacturing and EV sectors.
  • Lead the design and development of instructional curricula and learning materials tailored to the needs of automotive manufacturing and EV manufacturing personnel.
