Job Description
Ninetailed is searching for a highly talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization as our customers rely on us to be able to implement and best utilize Ninetailed. This role is best suited for someone who has experience with website personalization/testing/optimization, digital marketing, and a keen understanding of data/analytics. Program management, creativity and critical thinking are key traits of a successful Customer Success Manager.


Tasks


  • Work with customers to build and execute a success plan that establishes critical goals and key performance indicators
  • Analyze data and propose value-driving recommendations to continue to push clients toward success
  • Align both internal and external resources to ensure clients meet & exceed project expectations
  • Help clients operationalize testing and personalization best practices across multiple channels
  • Consult with clients on product features, functionality and onboarding best practices
  • In partnership with Account Executives, own the overall relationship with assigned clients in a portfolio of 10-25 customers, focused on growing adoption and ensuring retention, expansion and satisfaction
  • Regularly review overall program status with clients, usually in the form of client calls, web presentations or onsite meetings (as necessary)


Requirements


  • Client-facing experience as a CSM (preferred)
  • 3+ years of digital consultation and/or analytics experience (required)
  • Experience working with web or mobile app product and development teams.
  • Experience working with digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B Testing tools. etc
  • Experience in managing end-to-end testing implementation including requirements gathering, hypothesis setting, KPI selection and goals, test execution, and summarizing results
  • Strong project management or organizational skills and an ability to multitask without difficulty
  • Exemplary quantitative and qualitative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes, especially B2C mid-market and enterprise retail organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree and preferably further professional training in digital marketing a big plus
