Administrative Project Manager Jobs

About the position:

The Project Manager will be on a team of Project Managers to ensure high-touch service for key stakeholders. You will direct inbound inquiries and maintain our project management database with up to date, accurate project information. The Project Manager should be a self-starter with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems.

We are a Burlington County based manufacturer of a technical building product, B to B. We service many industries including military, corporate, higher education, healthcare, and many others throughout North America and globally.

Qualifications:

• Construction experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Salesforce experience, or similar.
• 5+ years project management admin/sales administration experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor progress of project from pre-design to installation
• Direct inbound inquiries via call or email and coordinate technical design support
• Follow up on lead generation to develop and progress projects
• Coordinate on-site training and QC inspection as needed
• Ensure high touch service to key stakeholders: site-managers, facility managers, architects, and engineers.
• Create customer estimates
• Maintain physical and electronic project documents
• Monitor progress of project from pre-design to installation
• Maintain Salesforce database with accurate client and project information. Maintain physical and electronic project documents.
• Prepare outbound correspondence with updated Project information for key stakeholders.
• Educate clients on product information and coordinate technical design support
• Pre-design coordination
