Salary $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Due to growth, we are looking to add an IT Project Manager to our team. This hire will assist our development team with workflow management, communications with key stakeholders, and other administrative duties. This role will work closely with our Sr. Development Project Manager and Project Coordinators to keep our team running as efficiently as possible.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations
• Proficiently work with the Development team to analyze business and project requirements/expectations and develop/maintain documentation
• Organize and run meetings with the development team and/or stakeholders.
• Creation of professional and/or technical documents during project planning phases
• Establish initiatives to improve and standardize our Project Management practices
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates
• Schedule and run project kick-off meetings

You should know some of the following

• Degree or certification in Project Management is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Project Management field
• Excellent organizational skills

Bonus skills

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing Web Development projects
• Experience working with a team in a hybrid environment
