Kane Partners is searching for a Project Manager for a general contracting company in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are searching for an experienced Project Manager who is highly motivated to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· The Project Manager will plan and manage multiple related projects including, cost/benefit analysis, estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects.

· Effectively support assigned projects, performing all work activities per the construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close.

· Responsible to lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives

· Provides coaching for other program managers and acts as a program management resource for all employees

· Strong communication skills (written and oral) across all levels of the organization

· Hands-on experience utilizing lean manufacturing principles for continuous process improvements which drive productivity and profitability.

This is a full-time Project Manager position with the opportunity to make significant contributions to the future success of the company. Knowledge of basic HVAC terminology and systems are a big plus.
