THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, your number one goal is to make AKUVO customers “Raving Fans!" This focus will require you to wear many hats and deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be managing customer implementation projects and setting clearly defined expectations.

Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned
• Build, strengthen, and foster positive relationships with customers
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Ensure customers are satisfied with products and/or services
• Lead and motivate internal and external project teams
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Organize and coordinate project go lives
• Ensure contract terms and conditions are met

Qualifications

• Displays personal responsibility and pride
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in credit union and/or banking industry is a plus
• Demonstrates empathic listening
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Communicates a sense of urgency
• 3+ years’ experience in project management
• Up to 10% travel may be required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
