You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:
- Lead, Mange, and hold Accountable the PM team: PM Support, Assistant PM, installation subcontractors.
- Project Management (scope, time, budget, change orders, contract reports, collaborate with the installation team to facilitate all field related work)
- Client Relationship Management
- Open Issue Resolution Process Management
- Project Kickoff Process Management (Development of project bids, timelines and assigning necessary sub-contractors and internal personnel; liaising between senior management, sales, design and estimating, quality and manufacturing, and the customers)
- Hiring & onboarding Process
- AR Process Support
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Project management process execution & improvement.
- Client management process execution & improvement.
- Follow processes to handoff to and from sales or finance.
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- 90% projects on track
- 90% client issue resolution

Qualifications:
- Preferred: signage experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- 2 years’ experience as Project Manager, managing multiple projects.
- Attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
