Job Description
We are seeking an innovative, highly-organized, energetic, results oriented and tech-savvy administrator who is an exceptionally well-organized systems manager, communicator and team player. Someone dedicated to achieving results.
This office-based position reports directly to the Founder and CEO and is responsible for a broad administrative portfolio at the heart of our organization as well as special event support. You must be a self-starter who can work independently but is also an adaptable team player who shows respect and willingly offers support to colleagues as well as someone able to adapt to a changing landscape. Outstanding time management skills and the ability to work both collaboratively, independently, and efficiently while juggling and effectively prioritizing a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously is a must.
Our perfectly matched team member will demonstrate the following competencies: Capacity to follow a well-thought out protocol while being adaptable to situations as they arise; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships; strong written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding administrative, organizational, and customer service skills; familiarity with budgeting and recording; and ability to define problems, research solutions, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and proactively solve for success.
