Job Responsibilities

• Verifying eligibility for acceptance based on explanation of benefits (EOBs) and/or explanation of payments (EOPs)
• Manage and send emails to necessary parties
• Assist with various administrative and clerical duties
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls where necessary
• Filing, data entry, scanning of documents
• Entering all data into internal systems
• Additional duties as assigned
• Retrieving new case assignments from emails

• An exceptional attention to detail
• Candidate is required to be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and flexible
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Experience dealing with billing and/or collections of medical bills
• Must have strong tech skills
• 3+ years of previous administrative support experience in the healthcare field
