Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
Coordinate and oversee the company's administrative functions, such as vendor management, technology support, and record-keeping.
Provide guidance and supervision to a team of legal support staff, ensuring their productivity and professional development.
Collaborate with Partner to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
Facilitate effective communication between Partner and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient progression.
Maintain Partner calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings with clients and other related parties.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional ethics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and experience in managing budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Prior Office Management experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a leadership or management position required.
- 2-4 yrs minimum of office management, office administration, or operations management experience
- Ability to oversee multiple reports and ensure that all team members are on track to meet deadlines as set forth by company leadership.
- Proven longevity and tenure in previous positions
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
This position will start remote and convert to full time in office.
Hiring will start in September 2023.
