Real Estate Administrative Assistant

WizeHire is an award-winning platform that helps small businesses grow with a better way to hire. We are currently assisting a local customer source top talent to fill their Real Estate Administrative Assistant position in San Antonio, TX, US
We are seeking a part-time position with flexible hours. We need a personal assistant that is qualified to perform all areas of administrative support as well as learn real estate-specific duties. If you are an efficient person who is looking for a long-term career position that is both stable and fulfilling, we look forward to talking with you. Must be organized, with an attention to detail, and have good communication skills on the phone and in-person and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office programs such as Word and Excel, CRM programs such as Brivity, Chime, or Top Producer.
Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events, as well as providing personal assistance to the Team Lead. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented and enjoys a variety of roles and responsibilities.
