Job Overview

Identify quality candidates to fill Company jobs. Actively source qualified job seekers, and invite them to apply to a job. Create a candidate pool for readily available sources as business grows. Provide HR support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

•Responsible for recruiting efforts including job boards, identification of candidates, and prescreening.

•Work with HR and hiring managers to identify job openings.

•Responsible for managing requests to establish recruiting requirements for each open position.

•Compose and post internal/external job postings.

•Manage job boards.

•Determine applicant qualifications through resume review and prescreening.

•Create and maintain prescreen questions.

•Work with Office Manager to identify start date.

•Work with Training Director to identify new-hire orientation protocol.

•Create and email daily recruitment pipeline to HR manager.

Qualifications

•Must have 3-5 years of experience as an active recruiter.

•Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred

•Strong HR background and experience
