Overview of HR Generalist Support HR Generalist Support is a role that provides support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing general HR advice and guidance. The HR Generalist Support role is a great entry-level position for those looking to gain experience in the HR field. Detailed Job Description of HR Generalist Support The HR Generalist Support role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing general HR advice and guidance. This role will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, responding to employee inquiries, and providing support to the HR team in other areas as needed. Job Skills Required for HR Generalist Support• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications for HR Generalist Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
