Description/Job Summary
Lindahl Reed is seeking an experienced Human ResourcesGeneralist/CorporateRecruiter who will manage, administer, and coordinate full-cycle recruiting, employee training and engagement, assist with onboarding and offboarding process. The Corporate Recruiter/ Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Director of Human Resources on a regular basis about current recruiting needs and human resources responsibilities This position will also collaborate with practice area leads, operations, and business development leaders to deliver high quality staffing solutions and an employee resource to Lindahl Reed and its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support Director of HR with performance improvement plans and employee discipline matters.
- Assist in performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives and assist with generating job descriptions and specifications for job postings.
- Assist Director of HR with annual review process and employee performance reviews.
- Assist with company benefit administration to include enrollment, plan questions, claims resolutions and open enrollment.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate websites, job boards, and hiring events, etc. for Affirmative Action compliance.
- Assist Director of HR with drafting and revision of company personnel policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing workers’ compensation monthly billing, injury claims. File reports with insurance provider, maintain accident information and monitor progress.
- Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
- Create and maintain complete and confidential files for each employee. Process, verify and maintain documentation related to personnel activities such as training, performance evaluations and classification.
- Perform recruiting activities to include sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews with appropriate Hiring Manager
- Source and recruit candidates by using social media, job websites, and other methods.
- Performs other TA and HR human duties as assigned.
- Ensure all candidate information is uploaded to Applicant Tracking System (Paycor) and ensure all communication with candidate is captured.
- Assist with gathering and providing data and metrics for operational dashboards.
- Educate and communicate company personnel policies and procedures to newly hired and current employees.
- Responsible for onboarding newly hired employees to include employee handbook overview, employment documents and benefit enrollment.
- Assist with negotiating salary, generating Offer Letters, completing New Hire Forms, and supporting the employee through the onboarding process.
- Contact employees or vendors for any missing information.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and facilitation skills, team focused and commitment to continuous learning.
- Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft office.
- Ability to apply independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis and resolution of human resources related matters.
- Knowledge of Federal and state registrations for recruiting and HR
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong working knowledge using ATS and HRIS systems, preferably Paycor and Paylocity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
- Ability to effectively work with a diverse workforce of professionals.
Education/CertificationRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and education required.
- Human Resources Certifications (SHRM, HRCI) a plus
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting and human resources experience
