Eligibility Specialist

Type: Remote for first few weeks, then moving to on-site

Pay: $17.45

Start Date: 9/20/23

Description

• Receive and screen applications, and follow-up with customers to gather any missing information.
• Upload scanned images into the document management system.
• Verify income, calculate income, determine eligibility, and process case referrals.
• Index and scan returned forms.
• Interact with program participants on a regular, daily basis.

Qualifications

• Provide 2-3 professional references if requested (managers/supervisors/leadership)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to come on-site in the future
• High-speed internet at home
• 1+ year of Call Center Experience
