Account Services Coordinator


IDR is seeking an Account Services Coordinator to join one of our top clients in the Cerritos, CA area. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!


Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Account Services Coordinator:

  • Work hand in hand with the Account Managers to oversee and execute administrative requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers daily
  • Accurately submit customer requests and data into company processing systems
  • Process customer requests for benefit summaries and contact updates


Required Skills for the Sr. Signal Processing Engineer:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Support
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • GED or HS Diploma required
  • Proficiency in Excel
