Regional Account Manager Jobs

Oasis is seeking an assertive and ambitious Regional Account Manager to grow opportunities within an assigned book of business, assist in the day-to-day processing of cases, and assist in helping the Regional Directors. This person should be a relationship builder with the ability to work fast and efficiently, and with an incredible ability to multi-task. This role will allow you the opportunity to both open up new business within existing accounts and help manage accounts. Candidates must be located in the PST, MST or CST time zones and have personal injury industry experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serves as a back-up for Directors and other Regional Account Managers when needed
• Handles plaintiff-related questions related to current cases
• Sends internal and external emails to other company departments, plaintiffs, attorneys, and other funding companies
• Works in an organized fashion with an extreme attention to detail on all tasks
• Handles incoming calls professionally with clear communication and prompt follow through
• Assists Directors with day-to-day activities with attorneys, paralegals and firms, and internal departments in order to get approved fundings
• Reviews contracts and facilitates contract signatures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred; strong relationship building skills a must
• Knowledge of the pre-settlement funding business a plus
• Possess a high level of drive, motivation, and goal-orientation
• Adaptable and driven to ensure that the tasks of the day are completed
• Candidates must live in a PST/MST or CST time zone.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Be organized, detail- oriented, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to multi-task
• Experience working in the Personal Injury field required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listen
• Excellent PC skills (email, MS Office including Microsoft Word and Excel)
• High School graduate required; College degree preferred
