About This Role


An ASR is a highly motivated and detail-oriented expert on Lumio’s end-to-end solar processes. You will be responsible for managing project service level agreements (SLAs) from sale to project completion in your designated region(s).


This role will require you to be knowledgeable about the processes, systems, and functions of various Lumio teams including but not limited to CAM, NTP/Funding, Interconnection, Permitting, Construction Ops, and Field Ops. As an Account Services Representative, you will be required to take complete ownership and accountability for the success of the region(s) you are servicing and the stage-to-stage timelines. Your role will also involve communicating effectively with functional owners to avoid inefficiencies created from intervening (such as double work). To ensure optimized pipeline throughput, you will work closely with the functional and field teams in your designated area(s). Your ability to proactively identify and resolve outstanding items, as well as taking necessary actions to maintain install and field labor density, is vital to the success of this role.


Overall Responsibilities


  • Soft-schedule and confirm installs and/or other W.O.'s in your region(s)
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and collaborate with teams
  • Conduct customer and sales outreach to collect/resolve pertinent items
  • Resolve project issues that prevent deal progression
  • Identify projects out of SLA and take timely action to get them back on track
  • Maximize install calendar density and efficiency


Qualifications


  • Versatility
  • 1-3 years of experience in solar
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Strong understanding of Lumio's end-to-end residential solar business processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
