The Opportunity


The Account Coordinator role is the primary contact for our transactional clients post sale. This critical role is responsible for developing long term client relationships and providing end to end account management including - ensuring user adoption, providing responsive product support, proactively aligning products with client needs, driving usage across the client portfolio of products, securing high client satisfaction/retention through renewals and timely, accurate fulfillment of client purchased products.


This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, are achievement-orientated and believe in driving customer satisfaction through strong collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and ever-changing environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive deliverables from clients on a deadline oriented schedule
  • Assist in posting positions and communicating design needs
  • Support and collaborate with a team of Account Sales Reps
  • Coordinate/collaborate with Account Executives on renewals on larger strategic transactional accounts
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, to foster trust and understanding of customer’s needs
  • Retain and grow sales with existing clients
  • Timely, accurate fulfillment of purchased products/services
  • Familiar with the healthcare market trends as well as healthcare industry as a whole
  • Proactive client communication including upcoming events, updated product features/functionality, monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews
  • Primary point of contact for transactional client support and issue resolution
  • Proactive client communication and advise to yield best results
  • Ensure adoption and usage of the full value of client’s advertising package
  • Ensure adoption and usage of the full value of client’s products by delivering a consultative, solution-oriented account management approach


Required Knowledge, Skills And Attributes


  • Ability to take on new challenges and are not afraid of learning by self-study
  • Advanced ability to communicate professionally and efficiently over the phone and in writing
  • Demonstrated history of success in uncovering sales growth within existing clients
  • Proactive, friendly, and work well in a deadline driven environment
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills based on a defined hierarchy of importance and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Creative and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Salesforce and the Google Suite
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to prioritize workload from multiple clients supporting multiple Account Executives


Required Education And/or Experience


  • 2+ years of current sales and/or account management experience or equivalent where a significant portion of compensation is tied to sales/ quota attainment, preferably in the healthcare and/or recruitment/advertising markets.
  • Experience with contract execution with executive level decision makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required.
