HRPassport is changing the HR Charging experience, and we want you to help build it.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The Data Analytics Manager will help drive business growth and provide actionable insight through in-depth data analysis. This role will be pivotal in developing and measuring key performance metrics that help guide executive-level decision making. The Data Analytics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, engineering and product, finance, business operations, growth and revenue, and marketing. An ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be confident in their ability to deliver results for a dynamic, high-growth business.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role with implementing data visualization and reporting tools
- Create, manage, and communicate data visualizations and dashboards to key stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for best practices in regards to data integrity and data management processes
- Utilize data to identify trends and patterns to improve KPI's and operational initiatives
- Use statistical analysis to develop predictive models
- Lead data analysis efforts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Apply technical and analytical skills to collect, store, and present data in a digestible manner
Requirements
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Experience with database management
- Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL
- At least 5 years of experience in a data analytics and reporting function, preferably within a technology company
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or a related field
