Service Line Sales - Data and Analytics – Energy (Oil &Gas) & Utilities.
Location: Houston or anywhere in Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Data & Analytics Service Line Markets Role is critical for the growth of our Data & Analytics (D&A) Service Line in leading key Oil & Gas accounts expansion with D&A propositions. The Data & Analytics candidates should have experience in driving D&A solutions with the Oil & Gas industry clients. In addition, the D&A will need to establish themselves as a D&I services trusted advisor with our clients and with our internal client partners/account managers. The key to this role is to have a deep understanding and ability to shape successful deals spanning across.
D&A: Data Engineering (Modern Data Platforms, Data Management & Governance, Data Integration Engineering), Data Sciences (Marketing & Sales Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics), Advanced Visualization, Business Analytics (Enterprise Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics at Scale), Internet of Things and Data platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- External evangelization at Industry events and conferences.
- Partner with our Oil & Gas Sales teams to grow accounts and position D&I services to clients.
- Support and Lead sales pursuits and shape deals to improve the winnability.
- Drive GTM D&A strategy for the Oil & Gas Industry group.
- Manage a book of business by tracking progress on account revenue growth, margin and CSAT scores.
- Internal evangelization of D&A Services across LTIMindtree service lines and Industry teams.
- Help develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the D&A footprint for Oil & Gas Industry·
- Manage customer relationships with key accounts.
- Partner with the D&A Presales / CoE teams in conceptualizing the Oil & Gas based solutions & estimates.
ACTIVITIES & SKILLS TO ACHIEVE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Understand the challenges and opportunities within the industry
- Must have worked with consultancy firms and would consider Digital born organizations as LTIMindtree.
- Have personally owned order booking / revenue targets with an excellent track record.
- Enterprise Knowledge and experience with technology platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Informatica, Spark, Tableau, Microsoft, GCP, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience of D&I spanning across: Data Engineering (Modern Data Platforms, Data Management & Governance, Data Integration Engineering), Data Sciences (Marketing & Sales Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics), Advanced Visualization, Business Analytics (Enterprise Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics at Scale), Internet of Things and Data platforms good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 10 years within business and technology consulting services with majority of experience and focus across D&A advisory and technology services.
- Strong relationship building experience with senior level executives (CDOs, CMOs, Business, CIOs) spanning across business, marketing & technology.
- Strong sales experience built on solid technical and sales background.
- Should be serving in a similar role now and MUST have spent the majority of career in a service organization.
- Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the D&A ecosystem
- Consulting sales approach to opportunities · Sales strategy & execution for D&A services organization.
- Prior experience of Pre-Sales: Estimation and Solutioning.
- Experience addressing these issues with D&A solutions and industry trends.
