In this Payroll Lead role, you will assist the payroll department in all areas of processing, timekeeping, and team development. We are looking for someone that is naturally curious, has amazing customer service skills, and exhibits true problem-solving skills while maintaining the ability to hit deadlines with 100% accuracy.

You will provide excellent leadership and development to the current team while enabling an accurate and timely execution of the payroll process, complete with process improvement and best in class customer service.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Oversee all weekly payroll processes from A-Z

• Assist in Leading & Developing a small team of payroll professionals

• Liaise with ADP to ensure proper technical interface execution
