Data Analytics Product Manager

As a Data Analytics Product Manager supporting Product Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making to enable product led growth along with optimizing product performance. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage data analytics products and solutions that enable the organization to gain insights into product usage, customer behavior, and market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to define requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure successful product delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, product management principles, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
Data Analytics Strategy:

• Develop and execute a data analytics strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of Product Intelligence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product intelligence capabilities.
• Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, user engagement, and market trends.

Product Development And Management

• Define and prioritize the product intelligence roadmap and features based on business needs and user requirements.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and UX/UI designers to develop scalable and user-friendly data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document use cases, and define success criteria for data analytics products.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality and performance of data analytics products.

Data Insights And Reporting

• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and business teams, through presentations and reports.
• Analyze complex data sets, perform data mining, and generate actionable insights to drive product strategy and decision-making.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide real-time and historical insights into product performance and user behavior.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity.
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their data needs, identify gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate data analytics capabilities into product offerings and improve data collection processes.

Project Management

• Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the delivery team for end-to-end data execution of analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of product management principles and product development lifecycle.
• Proven experience as a data analytics product manager or a similar role, preferably in the context of product intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques, including data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as data science, computer science, business analytics, or a related discipline.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$111,900.00
Maximum
$249,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
