US Data & Analytics Lead
Location: Remote

Since its creation in 1987, LVMH has comprised a unique portfolio of over 70 prestigious brands (Maisons), spanning across five different sectors: Wines & Spirits (such as Moet & Chandon, Hennessy), Fashion & Leather Goods (such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi), Perfumes & Cosmetics (such as Guerlain, Benefit Cosmetics), Watches & Jewelry (such as Tag Heuer, Bulgari) and Selective Retailing (such as Sephora, Le Bon Marché).
Main Goals & Objectives:
- Drive change management and business adoption of data practices by inspiring & upskilling employees. Work with the Global Data Academy to localize & drive the approach, touching multiple functions. Organize events, hackathons & trainings/certifications to accelerate our data transformation.
- Assess the data maturity of US maisons and help localize their global data roadmaps to be meaningful for the US. Onboard Maisons locally, conduct ideation workshops & drive local business optimization. Partner with maisons to reach leadership positions on data, ensuring long-term goals of upgrading their maturity across multiple points (ambition, value, business use-cases, data management infrastructure, data governance & organization).
- Coordinate the deployment of local use cases with maisons including use case framing, implementation support, and performance measurement.

- Explain complex things with simple words, without ever missing the big picture.
- You know how to create and nurture collaborative relationships with different stakeholders (Maisons, but also other teams in the LVMH Group - Digital Business Solutions teams, IT, Marketing, Client Services and etc).
- Communicate tough choices, and take the time to explain the “why” behind.

Academic & Professional Background:
- 3+ years of Experience working in the field of Data & Artificial Intelligence, preferably in a retail or fashion company.
- You have experience with both structured and unstructured data, as well as online and offline data, you have good notions of Master Data Management operations & principles.
- You led a crucial part in driving business value from concrete applications of Data & A.I., with expertise in marketing activation, retail optimization & supply chain / operations.
- Master’s degree in business or Computer Science in a top school, or equivalent working experience.
You will be accountable for the business uplift generated by our data initiatives in the US, by working with the global cross-functional teams (business domain experts, data scientists, data engineers etc) successfully towards delivery. You will be accountable for the business needs identification and building relationship with the Maisons. You will be exciting your partners and Maisons with a compelling and clear vision & roadmap and drive towards business-oriented use-cases with measurable results. You will contribute to prioritizing high-value features for the technological infrastructure (data platform & algorithms). You will be exposed to all aspects of the discipline: difficult Big Data investigations, challenging UX processes, complex customer conversations etc.
