Eliassen Group is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter (Around 5 years of experience) To support one of our most prestigious broadcasting companies within our portfolio. This qualified candidate will help find talent for IT professionals that support large clients like Disney+, ESPN, ABC, Fox Sports for doing all of the IT broadcasting/ streaming technology. You will sit entirely remote with no requirement to come into an office. Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage the candidate experience- set interviews, provide feedback, set salary expectation, and frequently provide updates to the candidate to ensure a positive interviewing experience
- Source and screen qualified candidates
- Process improvement
- Reporting
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. This role will be instrumental in building a sophisticated Talent Acquisition capability from the ground up alongside the Director of Human Resources
- Recommends tools to implement and may participate in the implementation of tools such as an ATS
- Skilled at partnering with hiring managers if skills and/or salary budget is unrealistic and will raise discrepancies immediately to Director Human Resources
- Review job description and will post position both for internal applicants and for external applicants (company website, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Will be responsible for keeping reports up to date to be shared with company leadership
- Extend verbal offers and close candidates
- Upon receipt of new requisition, the Technical Recruiter will schedule a kickoff meeting to fully understand the position requirements, determine a sourcing strategy and clarify the interview process with the hiring manager and interview team
- Implements best practices
- Present candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback, adjust search as needed.
- Full Lifecyle Recruitment-
- Conduct debriefs with the hiring team once interviews are complete
Requirements:
- Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Agency experience highly desired
- 5 + years of full-cycle experience in technical recruiting
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Very high organization and multi-task capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
