Responsible Partner closely with the People Operations Manager for leading the design, annual planning, deployment, and execution of benefit program initiatives.

Help design, review, and administer incentive/bonus/merit/equity programs robust performance management program that incorporates company values and behaviors.

Review existing HR policies and procedures and update to be in line with legislative and audit requirements.

Experience managing multiple People functions, balancing compliance and business needs and juggling short-term requests with long-term priorities and goals

Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience

Strong project management skills with ability to track concurrent project timelines, resource allocations, and critical milestones.

An experienced HR immigration professional who enjoys working with individuals and managers on all aspects of immigration and visa sponsorship

Experience setting and implementing company policies.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of HR experience, ideally with hyper growth technology companies

Competitive salary between $75,000-$85,000 based on experience and qualifications

Support the Director of P&C and hiring managers in creating and maintaining recruitment plans to attract diverse and talented candidates

Support hiring managers and the Director of P&C with administrative tasks related to recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes

Run ADP reports on HR data, including retention, demographics, PTO balances, benefits usage, etc.

Coach managers on performance support, professional planning and team retention strategies

2-4 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company / start-up

Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics

High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism

Serve as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and employees

Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

Prior experience supporting a multi-state & remote employee population strongly preferred

Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as policies, benefits and procedures

Manage process documentation, ensuring accuracy and guiding people back to where they can find this information, building the self-service muscle

Manage immigration process for employees

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Compensation Experience.

2-4 years of experience in human resources or people operations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
