Overview People Partner Manager is a role that is responsible for managing the people operations of an organization. This includes overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The People Partner Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Detailed Job Description The People Partner Manager is responsible for overseeing the people operations of an organization. This includes managing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The People Partner Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. The People Partner Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and compensation. They are also responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities. The People Partner Manager is also responsible for monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to ensure that employees are meeting expectations. The People Partner Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. They are also responsible for onboarding new employees and providing them with the necessary training and support. The People Partner Manager is also responsible for managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances. The People Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of performance management and compensation
• Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience
