Detailed Job Description The People Partner Manager is responsible for overseeing the people operations of an organization. This includes managing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The People Partner Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. The People Partner Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
