People Operations Sr. Associate

The Role:

We are actively seeking a People Operations Sr. Associate who will contribute to building a best-in-class employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of developing and overseeing processes and programs across the People Operations space. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate eager to execute on a variety of key people initiatives while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate key people-related processes, including onboarding, leave of absences management, employee data maintenance and benefits administration
• Execute on a variety of People team projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, career development, performance, rewards, benefits and more
• Navigate complex people-related issues while offering sounds guidance in a thoughtful and timely manner
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers through all aspects of the employee lifecycle, across multiple People Operations disciplines
• Collaborate and build working relationships with teammates across various functions, including Legal, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Recruiting and Clinical Operations
• Develop effective people operations processes in alignment with business needs and objectives
• Leverage people data to assess the effectiveness of practices, programs, and processes and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Solution-focused with a thoughtful approach to finding innovative solutions; eagerness to dive into new issues each day and follow them to their resolution
• Working knowledge of HRIS, Benefits and Performance / Engagement platforms
• Known for your ownership mindset and ability to act with urgency to seamlessly manage multiple, evolving priorities in a highly organized manner
• Meticulous attention to detail and integrity, which you demonstrate when managing confidential and sensitive employee information
• Effective communicator who is known for their ability to build trust
• 3+ years of People Operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate roadblocks, manage escalations, and navigate through obstacles
