TAGLAB, a SaaS company that provides analytics and marketing automation solutions is looking for a Web Analytics Implementation Project Manager to join our team. The PM will be responsible for owning and driving the analytics and marketing data collection strategy for clients. The ideal candidate have a passion for data-driven decision making, a deep understanding of web analytics tools implementation, and experience working in an Agile product development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a data governance framework, including data definitions, data sources, and data quality standards.
- Work closely with client and internal cross-functional teams, including analytics, development, UX design, CRM, marketing, data science etc.. to identify client analytics and marketing trackers measurement requirements and opportunities.
- Assist the principal product owner the web analytics product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date on web analytics best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of analytics tools and data tracking.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving web performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD, solution designs, tagging plans, and other artifacts to support the development of analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge about Agile product development environment, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of at least two enterprise web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.. and excellent command of at least two tag management systems.
- Experience in marketing and advertising trackers implementation (Conversion Pixels, Retargeting Tracking etc..).
- Agency or consultancy experience required.
- Knowledge in structuring JavaScript objects (dataLayer, digitalData, uTag etc..) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
- Any additional knowledge in ReactJS, Python, Selenium, and Azure infrastructure is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics implementation, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, or customer experience optimization.
