WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a web manager, you are responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing ICBA’s websites. By working within and maintaining ICBA’s content management system (CMS), the web manager ensures the website’s content, architecture and user experience is maintained.

This hands-on position is responsible for daily website updates (50%), short-term website improvement projects, designing web pages and microsites to meet business requirements, and site analytics reporting and optimization.

This position works within a digital marketing team and alongside another web manager and coordinates with ICBA’s marketing and communications department and other departments to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meets the business needs of ICBA and its subsidiaries.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: To excel in this role, we seek someone with a track record of success in managing and optimizing websites and increasing website traffic and conversions. Here’s what we have in mind:

• Demonstrated knowledge of UX design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in modern front-end technologies.
• Digital technology/marketing agency experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Progress SiteFinity, NetForum, SharePoint, and HubSpot are a plus
• Detail oriented
• 3+ years of website development experience
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
