Job Title: Project Implementation Lead
Location: Remote within the United States
Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Mission for Project Implementation Lead:
- Assume responsibility for teaching and implementing Operations portion of new client projects
- Analyze client needs and current procedures to suggest best methods for completing transactions in contractERP
- Work with team to improve implementation process and go live success.
Outcomes:
- Manage Project timeline, tasks and communications
Establish project timeline
Manage internal and external resources
Maintain project task list
Ensure Deliverables completed on timeline
Communication with client steering committee and AIT management
- Work with client team to determine workflow
Understand current needs
Analyze bottlenecks
Identify and communicate ideas for improvement
Identify any gaps to contractERP workflow
Document specifications for any client customizations
- Assume Operations portion of implementations
Train clients on full contractERP process flow
Work with team to enhance and provide detailed homework/pilot test scripts to client based on training
Manage clients through pilot process
Draw from business experience to suggest industry best practices and solutions
Manage client through cutover transactions for go live and post go live
Support users during initial post go live period
- Work with internal AIT teams
Assist support team on issues as needed
Assist other members of AIT with internal support or training as needed
Maintain proper default set ups in starter database (Rapid Start Company)
Work with teammates to continue to improve implementation process, enhance documentation and produce updated videos
- New Functionality
Learn new functionality related to operations flow
Dive deep into new functionality, test and help determine if coded correctly
Assist in updates for training plan, documents and videos to incorporate new functionality and be prepared to train
- Software Release
Assist in Quality Assurance testing for each new release
Work with the team to update documentation and videos for release as needed
Competencies:
- Self-Motivated
- Cerp experience a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
- 2-5 years of door and hardware experience as Project Manager or project administrator
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Strong written and communication skills
- NAV/Business Central experience
- Strength of presence
- Ability to travel as needed
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and quick changing environment
- Confidence in personal skills
